SENTINEL Program
How do you know your smart home is secure? Is it truly the safest it can be? Although it may be next to impossible to protect your smart home network from every threat, there are quite a few ways to vastly reduce your chances. Unfortunately, it's all too common for an installer to not secure your home, or even inform you of smart-home safety! That's why we here at Iacon are happy to promote our SENTINEL program.
This program is designed to assist you with any safety concerns you might have with an existing setup or future setup. We provide this service at no charge* by default in every one of our installations, but if you have a need for some assistance or have any questions, please setup an appointment or give us a call!
The service includes:
- Setup of a secure home network
- Ensuring privacy settings across all devices are in sync
- Instructions on how to view & delete any or all personal information stored on your devices
- Education on what smart-home safety measures you can take in your day-to-day life
- Discussion on how you plan to use your smart home devices and tips to limit your personal information from being accessed or broadcasted
- Setup of security alerts or routines within your smart home system (If applicable)
